sump question

I just picked up a 30 gallon sump from a lfs. It only has one baffle in it and I was wandering if I should add more or if this is sufficient? I don't have the money for my overflow or return pump yet but I want to have the sump ready when I do.

the more baffles the better.. I have 2 and i still have micro bubbles! heres a picture of mine! hopefully this helps
