sump size question

is a 8.5 gallon pro clear sump too small for a 75 gallon reef tank?
also are the supplied skimmers with these units any good?

I have a 55 gal and im going this weekend to get a 10 gal sump with an overflow didnt put it in when i first set it up so im going to go do this now. So i was told 10 gal is good for a 55.

Waaaaay small. I'd get at least a 29g.
