sump "tenacor" ?

I was just on the tenacor web site and a 30 gal tank cost 238.
this might a good way to make a sump, and just add some dividers and fittings. a glass tank is cheaper what do you think.

238 dollars for a 30gallon tank!!!!WHY????Just get a cheep glass tank at your local shop nd silicone dividers into it...Why spend that kind of money when a plain ole glass tank for 50bucks will work just as good????I see absolutly NO advantage to using an acrylic tank over a glass one for a sump.

Well, I see an advantage to it, in that you could drill it for an external pump or external skimmer, or refugium. It would be much better to have an acrylic sump. However, I agree that you would need to be committed to a mental institution if you pay 238 bucks for a 30 gal acrylic sump. You could prolly get a scratched up, used acrylic 40 gallon or so on ---- for like $20

Oceanic looks like they have some nice sumps,almost like thier aquariums look.
