Ok here my setup....
46 gallon bow
80lbs of LR
40lbs of LS
MTC protein skimmer
(1)Maxijet 900
4 fish and a few soft corals
I currently have an Amiracle Wet/Dry with Mag 5 return. Tank is not drilled. I have an overflow box. Since im going reef i was thinking of upgrading to a sump because i was told its much better. Would a sump be worth the money? I have seen the all glass megaflow. Is this any good? I really dont know much about sumps and the difference between a wet/dry. Any help is appreciated.

a wet/dry has a bio media used to house biological filter feeding "bugs"
sump is more oftn used as a refugium to put macro algea's heaters skimmers additives and top off water if you have a wet/dry it can many times be turned into a "sump" by removing the bio balls and replacing with some ls and rock and or macro algeas and an overhead light
