I recently purchased a Sun Corl at my LFS. It wasn't in the best shape, it looked like it had shrunk somewhat. However, based on the tank they had it I knew I could take better care of it. From what I've read on this BB I think I'm doing the right things.
I feed it every 3-4 days, by taking it out of the tank and adding brine shrimp and Kent's Phyto-Plex. Also every other night I use an eye drop to feed each of the polyps when they open.
In terms of supplements I add once a week Liquid Calcuim, Iodine, Iron, Strontium & Molybenum.
This is such a beautiful coral I want to give it everything I can to make sure it thrives and starts growing again.
Anyone out there have any additional suggestions?
PS. It's in a recess so it's not in direct light and I have a powerhead setup so there is a good amount of water flow by it...
