Sun coral ??'s

I saw a sun coral, PINK. Beautiful, but pink. Now naturally you know I had to have it cause that's my favorite color. But alas I put my SWF friends first. Real quick description for ya...pink!! The exact same shade of pink, all over. Now, I have never seen one this color, let alone with NO variation of color throughout. So, my question...
Do you think it's dyed?? I would love to get it, and I understand it's care requirements, but when I research, I have yet to find a pink one. It is either rare, or fake and I was hoping you guys could help me out!!!:jumping:

I think it is genuine. One of my LFS often gets in about 15 of the pink ones, and they are very trustworthy.

Hiya,
One of my LFS has a pink coral...called a pink carnation. I wonder if it's a pink sun coral.

Carnation and sun corals are different.

I've seen posts on a different board with pics of pink ones. There are also bright red ones and black ones, too. The type I have is the normal yellow/orange. They are very cool looking.

i know this is old, but tizzo, did you end up buying the pink sun coral? if so do you have a pic and how do you like it?

Never did buy it, it was gone when I went back. Haven't thought much about it since. Maybe I'll go see if they have another...:thinking:
