sun coral

I am a new nano cube owner and just put in a sun coral this afternoon and I am using the plastic bottle method to feed, how long should I leave the bottle around my coral and should I stir up the water every little bit so the food can try and reach all the polyps.

IMO, a sun coral is probably not the best choice for a nano. I find that the constant feedings are a major pollution factor even in a 90 gallon tank.
