Sun Polyp spawned? survival rate??

hello there,
the sun polyps must have spawned, one day all these little orange spots appeared all over the LR. Many of the spots have since vanished. Last night I was looking in tank with a flashlight. It appears that these little orange spots are baby sun polyps. I could see that the polyps were open with the flashlight, so I put some cyclopeeze in the tank.
What's the odds of any of these making it? I know they will have to be fed, is it a waste of time. there is one spot on the LR with a bunch of small polyps close together, maybe I can try targeting that spot at night with cyclopeeze.
has anyone any experience with raising corals from a spawn.
thanks for your time

I have heard of sun corals spawning in the tank. I think I may have read about on WWM. I would spot feed cyclopese like you mentioned. Take some pictures.

here's a couple of pics. polyps are very small, they are big enough now to make out that they are sun polyps

Fantastic! I wish mine would do that. Surely a sign of a properly maintained tank if your corals spawn and SURVIVE!

yup, i'm sure, it's hard to see from the picks, the polyps are very small , when they are fully extended you can tell that they are sun polyps. Still have some survivors and they have doubled in size.
