I've honestly never seen the babies in my tank... and they bred in there. Pretty much I didn't see them until they were about the small size you see in the pic... maybe a little smaller.
What kind of little snails to you have going on over there? They're not collonistas are they? They bred pretty good and you see little tiny babies with those.

I just saw like 2 small small snails early in the tank. On 2 diff frags, but not on the zoas just on the plugs.
They were about id say the size of the tip of a pen

Def. wasnt even close to the size of other pics ive seen of sundail snails. Very very small and I couldnt get a pic of them cuz it was impossible...
But the shell seemed to be white with black dots

What snails DO you have in there.
I think I may know what you are talking about. I'll see if I can find an empty shell in the sand and I'll grab a picture. I see these small snails, white with black markings, very small, that never seem to grow up. I've not looked into getting it ID'd, but if I can grab a picture that is good enough for ID purposes I'll bring to someone who will know.
I'll also take some pics of the baby collonista snails.
But first I'll get the pic to you to see if it is similar (it'll have to be this evening cause the that tank is in the boy's room and they are not up by the time I get off work in the morning... well I guess the tank lights aren't on either

Nah I dont think its one of those. And no nerites.

I just got zoo frags from a local reefer and it they had about 5 of the small snails you are talking about. I noticed 1 of the mohawk polyps had been munched on, so I did not transfer the snails in my tank. I think they are baby sundial. Size was ball tip pen point and color was all white with little black spots.

Those could be it. The two that we found was just more white. But looks kinda like the same shell structure...
And Ill have my gf keep an eye out for some more and if I find some ill let you know.
I lost thw 2 we had pulled out cuz they were on a piece of black paper and I lifted it up and then couldnt find them anymore
