NOOOO!!
That's a collinista snail. They are harmless and beneficial.
But to be 100% sure a sundial has a cone shaped operculem (sp?), while a collinista's is just like any other snail.

From the shell they are almost identical, and the sundials will eat zoas, but the operculem is the only real way to tell them apart.

OK, this IS a sundial. Notice the operculem. (that's the part that seals the snail in it's shell)
