Sunflower-like zoa/polyp?

It kinda looks like a sunflower to me, anyways:

when you touch it, does it retract into the rock? or does it just close up?

fyi if you are still watching this thread...those things spread and multiply like crazy if they are some type of anemone....i have them in my overflow and probably 50+ in the tank

its not as bulbous as majano....it looks more zoa/paly like...but i doubt they are those other than some anemone
