lol, well i suppose you could start with import tuner magazine etc etc...a few thousand as in like 5 or 6? in that case i would change the cams and pulleys, add a cold air intake, greddy exhaust, short throw shiftkit, diablo chip or other various computer chips(which allows your engine perform to its max, all cars nowadays are computer controlled, including your fuel injection which this controls as well as other things) id add stabilizer bars(sway bars for your struts) id also add some skunk works lowering springs, id change the headers, prolly hooker headers, the intake and headers would allow your car to breathe which is vital along with the exhaust.id also add new fuel rails so it gets maximum gas to the combustion chamber, change the piston rings, polish the ports and head.....i can keep going but id do research if i were you!
