Good morning all I have quite a few of these guys in my reef tank and i have read that you can douse with kalkwasser or use peppermint shrimp or put a drop of super glue on each one and that will kill them and not bother anything else in the tank anyone else ever heard of the super glue method??also i heard you can inject each one with hydrogen peroxide with no side effects to other reef friends Thanks Dean :D

I have "heard" of all of the above, but can't vouch for any of those methods.

I am taking the approach of using 6 peppermint shrimp and a banded butterfly to eat the darn things. I will wait a week and watch for any change. If no change I will start cutting the tops off of them for the fish/crabs to eat.
I wouldn't think adding a complex chemical compound like super glue into any closed enviroment would be to good for the health of anything living inside that enviroment. Yeah it will probably kill the aipstasia's but it might kill everything else as well. :)

I also have had success with the peppermint shrimp and you are left with a neat addition to your reef.
