Many peeps, including myself, use superglue for frags and whatever in a tank. It shouldn't hurt anything, But I don't think it will do anything either. Give it a shot, if that doesn't work, try this:
Get yourself a syringe, no needle needed, boil some water, suck it into the syringe, put it up to the mouth of aptaisa as quick as possible without having it retract. It will grab on thinking its food. In ject the whole syringe.
No more aptiasa!!

I use reg super glue, and know peeps that use crazy glue. Don't think it will do anything, but let me know if it works!!

Water forces the glue to "set" and it will skim over upon squeezing it out of the tube. Even when used to mount coral you neet to "pop" the superglue bubble in order to make it stick.
I don't see it doing much good. Have you already tried lemon juice or Kalk paste?
Superglue won't harm the coral...aiptasia, in this case. You need to chemically "burn" the aiptasia.
I could even see it causing the coral to reproduce. Soft corals often reproduce when stressed. Smearing superglue on it could be considered stress.

Kalk paste worked for me with no problem. I have used boiled calcium water and it killed the aiptasia too.
