superglue

Hey guys quick question. I just got a free frag of green star polyps from a friend. Its not attached to a rock or plug and its just the polyps and the purble base for them. I planned on gluing them to this rock. I went down to my LFS and the superglue they had was 15 bucks

(only problem with them there dry goods are expensive. I asked them if any superglue would work and they said yah most should as long as they contain cyanoacrylate. So basicaly my question is is this true?

Go to lowe's or home depot and buy super glue gel. Least expensive at these stores.

try using a rubberband instead with gsp coral. it works better.

Your local gas station or grocery store will also sell it

So will a superglue tha only contains cyanacrylate affect my tank?
