Some people just say keep up with water changes, some will say calcium, iodine and strontium, Kent additives.

With regular water changes you should not not have to suppliment any trace elements and depending on what you have in your system you may or may not have to add calcium. Keep any eye on your alk, that is something that does need to be buffered from time to time. Also, Magnesium is the only trace element I test and add.
IMO, most Kent products are garbage (marketing in a bottle). Finally, you should really only add what you can test for, that's a solid rule to follow for long term success.

One Kent product that I do like is Tech I. I use it with great success. I also add B-Ionics.

I do 10-15% every 10 days and I use Reef Crystals. Again, the percentage will vary depending on what you have in your tank. What type of system are you running and what kind of bioload do you have?

NO flushing is needed... if you use a good salt mix like Marinemix Plus orTropic Marin and add calcium you should be fine...
IMO

15 fish in a 75 (thats what your profile lists you having) seems like quite a bit (depending on the species). What all do you have in there fish wise? Its hard to say what the bioload is on a tank without specific fish to go by. for instance 15 damsels have very little bioload, but 3 puffers would have much more (probably with less fish inch wise). I would say you have quite a big bioload though and will probably need to do water changes on the same 10 day cycle as mentioned. I do my changes every other week in my 55 (I do 15% and I have 6 fish in there). Do you have a UV sterilizer or anything? just wondering...
