Surface Fish

OK well im really happy with my tank right now but i need some fish that would hang out on the top of my tank. The tank is 20 gal at the moment the curent residesnts are as follows 8-10 Hermit Crabs, 2 Spider Decorator Crabs, 4-5 in Horseshoe crab, 1 Green brittle star, MediumToadstool Leather, Pink Tip Haitian Anemone, and two False Percula Clownfish. Im looking for something to hang out at the top of the tank everything seems to like hanging out at the botom or middle of the tank. any sugestions?

nope he seems pretty mello dosent even try to mes with anything i just keep him well fed now he just laying on the decorator crab not trying to kill just likes hanging out with him
