Is it replacing the word "awesome"??? I've been watching TV and I've been hearing it here and there when people describe something that is really cool.
e.g. "It was real swagger dawg"

I mean, having used to be a surfer, the lingo I heard a lot was "swag" meaning good looking and "Dank" meaning gross.....
But swagger?

i'm pretty sure swagger stands for your style/how you carry yourself.

swag in my book means scummy, low quality. Dank is like, the BOMB! Incredibly awesome. Thats so dank!
hah.
swaggers a pretty bad a word though, I think I'll start using it too. Watch, your about to start a craze. Swagger is the new cool. lol

swag can also mean, "Shop Wear And Gear". i worked in an exotic car dealership for a year, and swag was something you wore. now shwag (sp?) is different. up here in the burgh, shwag means crappy and dank means good.

gonna have to agree with this definition... using swagger in place of awesome is stupid...
"the super bowl was such a swagger game".... "dude that is totally swagger"... uhhh yaaaa that just sounds moronic and witless...

Nobody watches Old Spice commercials anymore??

It's already evolved. Be prepared for "Dat's Swaggin" when referring to something awesome. "The blotched big wheel backflip on Nitro Circus was swaggin."

Yeah ... and I hope I never do!
Well now that I have heard it, I would have to have a little fun with it if someone were to say it. I would do something like use it an obnoxious number of times in one sentence, just to see the look on that person's face.

swagger...can't figure it out. It sounds like something in between what two couples do, when they exchange with one another, and what a dogs tail is doing when it is moving back and forth...
But "swagger" suggest a noun, not a verb, ummm.

Oh hon ... you looked swagger as you swaggered into the room. Look at Fido, you're so swagger his tail is swaggering. Now that's really swagger.
