SWF cleanup crews

Hey gang-It's time to even out my clean up crew. Some have passed on (actually eaten) that already exist in my tanks. I'm looking to add to my janitors. I have a 55 gal. reef (80 pounds LR) and a 75 gal FOWLR (Volitan Lion will and always will be the only inhabitant in ref to fish) Now the question, I don't need a big crew so I was thinking about getting a crew with some critters. Here's what I was looking at:
The Lucky Horseshoe Package-my question on this is, I'm going to put most of the package in my reef but the horseshoes. My horseshoes were going to go in my 75gal with my 2.5 inch Volitan Lion. I know the shrimps may get eaten in there, eventhough Simba is well fed. Any info on or recs. on horseshoes?
The One's Variety Pacakge-Are all these crabs reef safe?
Surf and Turf Package-Reef Lobster? Any info?
Let me know gang. I'm going to order today so any quick feed back would be great!
Thanks
Doug
ps-plus I get my choice of 20 blue legs or 2 serpents free. What would you pick?

Hey Cosmos,
One thing you didn't mention was what your substrate is....but since you have a reef, we can assume it is sand.
Sharks/Long Timers, what is your take on the dsb issue with sand sifters/shifters?? I am considering the horseshoe crab also (have a 100g) but this is what I hear on this bb: "Oh no, don't get a horseshoe, it'll WIPE OUT your dsb"....or "Oh yeah, horseshoes are cool to have, yeah it'll eat alot of the life in your dsb, but aren't they awesome to watch?!" And others say they have no issues at all with them!
HUH?!? What is that?! Sorry, just get a little frustrated with the "get it/don't get it" advice sometimes. Give us clear pros and cons.....Thanks you guys!

Johnny-If I go ahead and get the horseshoe package I'm going to throw them in my FOWLR tank with my Lion. I'm not going to put them in my reef. I heard that they do get blown around a lot by the Pheads. I have a great LFS that has some fantastic LS that I feed everyone in a while. Just to keep the life moving forward. I'm not too worried about that issue. I've just heard that a lot of the time horse-shoe crabs can knock rocks off and tumble your setup. Not worried about that though. I have three huge rocks in my FOWLR tank that I'm sure can't be moved. I don't know. I heard a lot about the pros and cons. I guess what I'm worried about most is if my Lion will attack one of them and somebody getting hurt. Thanks for the reply. And yes both tanks have sand. Nature's Ocean mostly and once in a while I put some of my LFS LS in there. It's good stuff. All sorts of critters including baby stars.

A freind and i split a clean-up crew from here. it included 3 horseshoe crabs. he took 2 and i kept one for me. no dought they are interesting creatures. my experences with them tell me ill never have another one, they seem to be very clumsey. i kept finding mine on his back and having to turn him over again and again. it died within a couple of days.as for the other two the same thing.i know they like to burrow under the sand but mine never did , i had 3" for him to climb into but he never made it . as for harming your dsb i dont know. hope i didnt rain on your parade, gut i know i was awfully disapointed to see mine kick the bucket . good luck!!
