SWF.com Credit - Anyone ever have problems?

I've had a credit for an Achillies Tang since December. I check this site almost daily and the fish has not be available. I've emailed them and they always promise the fish will be available in a couple days. Now its almost March. Anyone else ever have a similar problem?
I've requested a general credit for merchandise. I've wanted to place an order for other items as well but I dont want to pay shipping on that order and then see the fish available and have to pay shipping again.
Any suggestions?

some fish generally do not come in stock that often and i believe the achillies falls into that situation. what i have done in the past w/o any problems is to request a fish of = value that was in stock when making a new order!
