Check your order status and see if it shipped and if there is a tracking number or something. They probably shipped it separately. How long ago did you email them? Sometimes it takes them a day or two to respond. I am sure they are swamped with emails!
May have been out of stock. Check with them you can call as well. But I would guess they didnt ship it as they were out of stock, unless they have it...
Then I dont know but they are good about taking care of their customers.

Right. If it shows up on shipping notice and there is a tracking number; it would be a problem for Fed-Ex to solve.
