SWF.com orders

how long does it usually take an order to ship? i made an order on march 31 and it still says pending in the order status...
im way excited to get my stuff!

could take up to 3 business days to ship, plus intransit. mine says the same thing.

no im pretty sure they do over night....i think what they meant was ships in 3 days from placing order...then its overnighted....could be wrong though ***)

They overnight all of their livestock orders according to their information, but it may take them up to 3 days to get the fish from their holding facility into the mail to you.
Liverock is shipped differently and I doubt it is overnighted else it would cost more than the rock is worth to ship it.

I've checked with a competitor of SWF and 45-50# of LR shipped over night is $9 less expensive including $30 overnight charge.

I'd say buy from the competitor. That is the beauty of internet shopping you can pick and choose what you buy and from who you buy it. No one site is ever going to have the lowest price on everything, and if someplace does then check them out very well first.
However, don't count this place out. I am presently acclimating a fish that I got from SWF.com for $65 and free shipping that would have cost me minimum $125 + shipping anywhere else. I couldn't be more pleased with the transaction.

i know exactly where eyebedam is coming from....even though i couldnt read a thing he wrote since it was edited by a moderator....eyebedam, we know what went down, but apparently we're not allowed to let people know about our experiences
