That bothered me a lot when I first got on the board. It is one way they keep price down....Since then I have placed several orders with good results and they have answered all positive e-mails....Do not waste you time looking for phone....just drop them a line...good luck terry

Yes. We have 2 pretty good ones. FINTASTIC is really nice with alot of fish and corals, but they are very proud of they're stock and their prices show it. HI-TIDE is another local one, they dont have as many fish but they do have alot of corals and they have great prices. If you e-mail me at

I used to go to Fintastic all the time when I lived in Charlotte. They are high priced, but they always had quality and hard to find livestock. I wish I had a LFS here like them.

yes they have very nice stuff and it is one of the best places to go to see live stock. They just are high priced(ie 19.99 a pound live rock) and depending on who your sales person is and they sometimes dont know what they are talking about.

They are in pineville just south of 485. The best way for you to go is 85 to 77 south then get on I-485 to south blvd(521) heading towards pineville. Miller is like the 2 or 3rd street to the left. It is acroos from the Arby's and purple picket.
