What is the problem that you have? They usually respond pretty quickly to emails.
Because of how large their customer-base is, email is the best way to go to get everyone's questions answered.

Good luck with that..A mod from here will soon ask you what the problem is, and then have you talk to them privately...Being that they do not work here though, you will ask yourself what they can actually do besides put in a good word..Eventually..Good luck

No reason to talk privately about anything if you do not mind posting the problem on here. This thread can be sent right to SWF for immediate attention. We just need all the info of the problem so that it can be assessed and treated properly.

I was skeptical about ordering livestock off line in the first place but I was very pleased when everything was alive. Now if I could just get the rest of my order filled everything would be fine

my understanding is they are pretty much closed down from now until after the new year. at least that is what they told me when i inquired about ordering.
i ordered from them once and found them to be a reliable resource.

They re-opened yesterday and have had to time to put items on the site back up for sale. If they had time to do this they could have taken care of a customer whose money they have already been taken instead of moving on to the next set of orders.

hmmmmm maybe those hermits were hungry! Usually it works the ohter way around., On some items like cheap old hermits or snails they usually throw in a few exctra at no charge, not take away a few extra at the same charge.....;-) I'm sure they will straighten things out thugh.

I have sent this thread to the owners of SWF.com for them to see it immediately. In the meantime, please send an email to SWF.com so that they have all of your information so that they know who and where to send the replacements to.
