Swim bladder?

What is a swim bladder and how can a fish loose one? I have a Regal Tang with a large belly and it floats to the top. What should I do with this fish?

Thanks for the info but too late. Can you tell me what swim bladder is and what causes it? I still am not sure if that is what these fish had. It's sad to see them suffer.
