Swimming issues?

Hi there. I was hoping to get some feedback from you guys. I have a 1 yr old pais of GSM clowns and it seems that my female really has to work harder than my male to get around in the tank. She can get around and eats like a pig but it seems like if her fins aren't going a mile a minute she kind of sinks to the bottom. I have a video. Is this normal?
