I Think this os HOGWASH, he just found it on the internet and posted it which I agree is of very bad taste and has alot to do with judgement of character BUT he had nothing to do with the actual ACT of the Crime in any way.

Im glad we dont have that law here in the US it would open a whole another can of worms!

You are correct. Supposedly all Illingworth did was download the video from youtube, and then post it on liveleak. He's posted 100's of other videos onto Liveleak as well.
All you can really do is shake you head, otherwise it starts to go numb from how dumb some people are...

His home was raided on Sunday, November 30, by Queensland Police from Task Force Argos, which specialises in combating child pornography and child groomers.
He was charged with using the internet to access and publish child-abuse material and is scheduled to appear in court in Maroochydore on December 18.
It is understood that he had no involvement in the creation of the video, which cannot be published on this website for legal reasons
He is being charged with publishing child abuse videos.

I think the guy went a little too far with the baby swing but I really do not think was being malicious. My children love rough housing. Being swung around, being thrown into their beds, wrestling in the living room. I've never done the windmill with ny kids but I think all the focus here is way too out there.
