Switch from tap water to RO water?

I wanted to get everyone's opinion on how to go about switching my tank over from tap water to RO water. I have about 35 lbs. of LR and LS in my 40 G. breeder. Only two fish and a bunch of snails and crabs. Will the tank have to re-cycle?

I would do it gradually with water changes. I don't see the need to change everything all at once. Doing it little by little will lesson the chance for a big change in water chemistry. You will not need to recycle. Just keep everything else the same ie; filters, live rock, substrate, etc. This is where the beneficial bacteria is.

No need to rush if the tap water is already in the tank. Like the above post says just do your regular water changes but start using the RO water and also your tank will not cycle with this method.
