i have a new tank that i am cycling right now. i have crushed coral in it and i keep hearing how much better the live sand is so i am going to switch to that.
i was wondering if i should remove all my crushed coral, keep some, or keep all an and sand over it?
i have heard that the deeper the bed of sand the better it will be at keeping the tank clean and healthy. if that's true, how deep should i go? my tank is a 26gal bowfront, how much sand should i buy?
