Switching to MH, JBJ Viper or Sunpod

I have searched around and found deals on both of these. The JBJ VIper is 150w and i would be able to purchase it for 100 with brand new phoenix bulbs. The Sunpod on the other hand is a 16.5 inch 70 w with nearly new bulbs. Which one would you go with and why?

Yes i was leaning toward that. Obviously the sun pod has gotten better reviews but for the price and wattage difference its hard not to go with the vipe
