Wow, that is beautiful! My little 29g biocube has just been up for almost 2 months now and I just added my last 2 pieces of cured LR. I don't have fish yet, have a decent cleanup crew and only 3 small frags of a kenya tree, pulsing pink xenia and some bright yellow polyps. I'm hoping I can upgrade my light eventually so I can support a few sps. What is that one called? Very nice, I, too, love the little frilly flowers!!!

Really? Well, that's good, cuz I've spent enough on this tank thus far and it's just a little one! I can't imagine what the big ones cost. And I'm too old to get a second job to support this hobby like some people have mentioned doing.........lol!!!

Yeah, my 2nd job days are over too, i just hubby do that now

That is one nice looking leather, what kind of light is it under? I'm guessing it will turn pinkish under good light.

Its under MH. T5 combo, need to slowly acclaimate it from the PC is was under at the LFS. It is pinker then the pics show, i can't get pinks to show up to good as you can tell by my pink zoos (check out my other post) which are a very bright pink.

It looks very similar to a coral in the display tank at a local coral store that I wish they would frag. They have it very high up directly under T-5's I think and it is a beautiful pink color.

sweet!! all my leathers have those tentacles. and i have a weakness for leathers as well. i saw a greenish one i wanted to buy but decided to hold off and it sold like 4 hours before i came back in to buy it......

Ok, Puffer32.....Darn you.....I have been researching "your" coral for over an hour, and can't find out what it is!!! I want one that bad!!!!
It has the polyps of a clove, but the growth like a devil hand. I am completely stumped.
Please try to find out what this is!!! My tank won't be complete without this one.
Of course, I told my other half and he just laughs and says "yay, right!!!" and walks away. Does he know me or what?!!!

I have many flower shaped corals in my tank, cloves, pipe organs, xenia.......... And to find pink flowers was pure luck
I asked my lfs what the name was and he didn't know, never saw one like this, it was a trade in. I got it on a trade in also, the leather for 2 stalks of xenia

My other leathers have sorta tiny flowers, but this is the first one with larger ones like this. Can you post some pics of yours?
