T5 retrofit for coralife aqualight pro 48"

Hello, my current lighting is a corarlife aqualight pro 48" 2x150 mh and 2 96 watt pc actinic. My bulbs are due for a change and was looking for opinions on swapping the pcs with a t5 retro fit. Is this going to give me better lighting or is it going to be a waste of time.Thanks for the input in advance.

I would think same quality of lighting, depending on watts - I really couldn't find your wattage in 48" in my catalog.
I would think the only advantage would be cheaper bulbs.

Yeah but what do you know anyway!One of the dudes from boston reefers modded the same exact light to t5 with good results.I'm fishing for opinions.

the T5 will give you better light for sure. id get a 2 bulb tek retrofit and squeeze it in where the pcs used to be. it might take some fidgeting but i think it will work. post some pics of the process if you can.
