T5 & T6 lighting replacement

How often do you need to change out the blubs on T5 lighting? My blubs are going on 6 months now. Is it time to change them out? The second question I have is I have a 48 inch T6 108 watt fixture and cannot find replacement blubs does any suggestions on where to buy 54 watt T6 blubs at? Thanks for the info.

I usually replace my T5s about every 12-16 months or so. Reefgeek is the place for those.
T6 are pretty hard to find.
