what is the different between t5 and vho?

t5's have reflectors designed to reflect light back around the bulb instead of directly back through them, which in turn makes the t5 bulbs par a lot higher. oh! and they last longer(around 12 months or so) run less wattage, which mean more cha-ching! in your pocket! have I sold you yet? lol

yes T5 have better par than VHO, and if driven at spec can last 18-24 months, while VHO last about 10 months or so. basicly you get more light with less power.

t-5 are smaller diameter so the ights doesnt have that half inch before it comes out of the glass
