it matters what "good" means, what size tank, and what do you plan on keeping?

I have a 40G newly cycled tank and bought these new cooler running T5 bulbs and love them. I have a total of 165W and the unit has a fan in it to blow out any heat that builds up in the unit. Best of all, I was able to buy my unit for around $180 on sale. My goal was to get enough wattage to do some soft corals without having to upgrade to the hotter burning MH bulbs. The regular strip lights that come with most aquariums are not enought wattage for what I wanted to do.
My unit also came with lunar lights as well. I love this T5 light strip I bought.
