T5's for 72 bow front

I would like to DIY a T5 lighting set up for my 72 bow front.
This will be a new set up.
I have done a little research on this site and have come to the conclusion that 6 bulbs would be my best option.
I have read that quality reflectors are also the key to success.
My questions are
Are 6 bulbs the right amount?
What spectrum would be best?
What color bulbs?

6-bulb is good. get 10-14k daylight along with actinics. with 6 bulbs, u hv options and colors to play around with. uvi, ati and giesemann r well-known and good brands.

The TEK is a decent fixture for the price.
