Take Damsels out?

Why do I see that people suggest that you take the Damsels out after you cycle your tank?

Because damsels are mean, nasty fish in the long run. All I ever hear about from people are how much trouble they are.

They are very territorial fish and will attack anything else you want to keep in your tank.
Good luck catching them. This would be a good opportunity to rearrange your LR. They can hide behind even one small piece. I liked the way mine went back into the tank after we caught the damsels.
