Tang Compatibility

I am planning to buy a kole tang but I am worried my hippo and my mimic tangs won't accept the newcomer. Anybody have these three tangs together? Can they get along in a 55 G tank with lots of LR? Please help before I place my order.

What else is in the tank? In my opinion a 55 is way too small for three tangs even if they are the only fish. A 125 would be minimum in my opinion for three, but to answer your question all tangs will fight to some extent but more so in small areas.

I agree,A tank that size is barely big enough for ONE tang.NOT THREE.....

Got to agree with the sharks on this
all info I've ever seen indicates that 55 gal is sort of small for even 1 tang....I do have a small yellow tang in my 55 fowlr/dsb.....but someday he'll be too much and then I'll look to go with a larger system(that'll be my excuse to the wife)
But honey he needs a bigger home
