Tang has red spots

Does anybody know what it is on my yellow tang? He ahs red spots towards the end of his tail on both sides of his body.I dont know if this is an internal infection or external.Look like bruises.Please help.

That is a bacterial infection. Take a look at the pictures in the Diseased Fish Thread. What are your water conditons?
