Looks like he has slight signs of HLLE. What are you feeding the fish? Are you using vitamins in the fish's food?

Wow, everything looks good there! The diet you have your fish on is very commendable!
My next guess would be to get a volt meter or something similiar to see if there is an electrical current running through your tank.

I have just started feeding him the seaweed and the sea veggies and the pellets and the marine cuisine in the past month or so, I was just feeding him the flakes for a good time. will the new food trun this around or should i do more and also he really dont eat much of the seaweed sheets or maybe he dont like the clip that i feed him from. guess i will get me a grounding prob to.

Well, the new diet will definitely turn it around. Just feeding flake food could have caused this.
I would pick up some vitamin supplements that are high in vitamin C such as Kent Marine's Vitaminc C, VitaChem, and Selcon. All of these things dosed on the fish's food will greatly help.
Also, I am not a fan of the lettuce clip they give you. Here is what works wondefully for me. Break off a piece of the seaweed, put it into a small cup of tank water, put a few drops of your vitamin, let it soak for 10 minutes, and then rubber band the piece of sea veggies to a piece of rubble rock. Putting it on the rubble rock is a lot more natural for the fish. They have never seen a lettuce clip in the wild, so this is very unnatural to them at first. The rubble rock is more natural because then the sea veggies is like a piece of algae growing on the rock.

if you will treat him good in one week your tang will look like new .for the new tank you want to add first i wish for you the best remmber do everything slowly with patient and everything will be ok , it will take some time but after the tank will bo good to go match the small tank to the big one(more easy)with all the parameter and then transfer the fish if you do it right the fish will be happy and you to.
good luck

Yeah, I disagree. I like Julian Sprung's Sea Veggies a lot!
If you start to use vitamins, you should start to see results in about 2 weeks.

when you feed frozen food it's better to melt the food mix all together the meaty food and put from all the vitamin freeze it back and you have already food with the vitamin when you feed seaweeds you can drop 1 or 2 drop on the seaweeds from the vitamin let it sock for 5 minute and after feed the fish.
i feed my tang 3 time seawweds in a day ( they big ) and i cut the seaweeds 1" size at this way if they rip the seaweeds they don't lose big piece and they keep eat it (less waste in the tank) every time i feed them i put other vitamin. one time in a day i feed meaty food that all ready suck with the vitamin (i make the food for the fish)the vitamin i am use : selcon, marine.c , garlic xtreme, zoecon.

What are you going to use the melafix for?
Everytime you feed the fish, I would soak all of their food in both garlic and Selcon (at the same time is fine).
