tang question...ok??

My yellow tang that i purchesed yesterday looks like hes doing fine..swimming all around and stuff. BUT, i looked at his fin, and it looks like there is tiny bubbles on it...kinda wierd. Also, above his eye is TINY LITTLE fuzzy stuff thats whitish.
This isnt ick is it?? :help:
