Tang question?

I have read almost unanimously that you shouldnt have two purple tangs in an aquarium or two yellow tangs in an aquarium. Can you have a yellow and a purple in the same aquarium

i would say no the yellow is aggresive to other tangs of their shape

I should be more clear with my tank size this will probably help my answers...I have a 55 gal. but i so love yellow and purple tangs
