Tang Recommendation

I'm looking for some advice on the last fish to add to my 75 gal tank that has been up and running for a year now with zero problems. I am looking for a larger fish such as Tang, which of the Tangs is the most hardy?, I don't want Ick, and I don't want a yellow one as my FoxFace is yellow.
Also instead of a Tang, how about a large Angel? Would I have problems with my Polyps and a large Angel. My Coral Beauty is a model citizen.
Lasty, adding the last large fish, would this be too much of a bioload? I will catch the Damsel if necessary, should be fun.

I have a sailfin tang and I really like it. No ich and it swims around a lot. Seems hardy...he got caught between my rocks and the down take tube and ripped some of his fins. It repaired itself in a couple of days and no problems since.

the sailfin is a solid choice, or why not a red sea purple? since you are adding them last it wont matter if they are members of the zebrosa family.

I also like the sailfin tang, I have had mine for over a year now and is a good choice, mine like romain lettuce dailey, it keeps him happy, He also forages on algea on the back of the tank. He also has never niped any of my coral which have been in with him for over 6 months...I also have a coral beauty they get along great. It is true large angel are hard to keep...

Purple, yellow or black if you are gonna do a zebrosama. Sailfins get big but would be nice for a while. Hippos are cool but will outgrow it in time as well. Look at the Chevrons. They are sweet.

A black tang would run this guy around $250 and I'm not sure he would want to pay that when he isn't even decided on a tang yet! All of the tangs you guys reccomend get to larege for a 75! Do you realize that yellow, purple, scopas, sailfin, and black tangs all reach dinner plate size! All of the previously mention tangs can and will reach 15in! A Kole or a very small regal tang would be your best choice in the 75. As far as angels go it would be hit or miss, some might bother you polyps, and some might not! Angelfish are highly individualistic and yu never know what a particular angel might do!

Well lets face it - a 75 is too small for most tangs - its not going to stop someone from getting one - a blue hippo is gonna outgrow a 75 as well - and no, the yellow and purples do not get as big as the sailfins. Yellows and purples will get to around 25 cm. The sailfins get to appx 40 cm.
