tang twitch

i got a scopas tang about a week ago and he keeps twitching, but he shows no sign of disease at all, i dont think he is eating all that great but its hard to tell, but he does graze on my live rock, any ideas on whats going on?

My butterflies do that but its from eating to much at one time. You say you cant tell if he's eating all that great, I'm confused about that. When you feed do you see him eat or not? Also try feeding norri on clips, tangs need a lot of greens. Also post water prams, did you QT him.

I just read your post in the Tang police please help thread. The problem could be the yellow tang and scopas are of the same family and the scopas is new and the yellow is very territorial fish cause stress on the new arrived scopas.
