Don't get them !!!! Check out your other threads and responses. They grow too fast to put in a 30 gallon and definately need a large tank to survive together. Never get a fish with the hope of gettting a larger tank as they grow. Alot of things can happen in life that prevent you from getting that larger tank. If this were to happen then what would happen to the fish ?

i agree do not get a fish knowing u will have to take it out of ur tank either get a bigger tank or get fish to fit in ur tank

yeah NO Big tangs, as said before is your tank 30 or 46 gallons. if it is 30 i would not do the mimic tang either. Fish grow fast in a good enviroment. i had a large yellow tang in my 6 foot 150 and he was so cramped. doing good now in the 8 foot tank.
