I have a 55 right now and I am looking to upgrade my tank. Right now in my tank I have about 110 lbs of live rock and the following fish:
1 Longnose Hawkfish
1 Yellow Tail Damsel
1 Yellow Tang
1 Firefish
2 Ocellaris Clowns
What size tank would I need to have in order to house the above fish and also:
1 Powder Blue Tang
1 Purple Tang
1 Pacific Blue Tang
1 Blonde Naso Tang
1 BiColor Angel
1 Coral Beauty
1 Copperband Butterfly

180 at least. Don't look foward to adding any other zebrazoma tangs. Your purple will beat 'em up.

How much food will these guys go through a day also? I wold think that they would go through the algae on the live rock very quickly.
Would I need to just hang Seaweed Sheets everyday for the fish to nibble on?

I know I'm going to get yelled at by the tang police, but I have a 75gal. I have a yellow, sailfin, naso, kole, hippo, along with assortmnet of other fish. They are doing great. I feed them seaweed sheets 3 times a day. no problems. It is also a reef tank with 100lbs of rock

Wow, thats alot of tangs! How many other fish besides the tang do you have? Do you have trouble keeping your water stable? What does your mandrin eat? Just curious because thats alot of fish. and the mandrin is finicky, do you have a fuge to breed pods? I have a 75, gotta say you are braver then me! :scared: Do you lose fish often? Sorry for all the questions, I would think you would have alot of problems keeping them all alive.

WOW HOUND, awesome tank. Those fish look great. I just got a little baby pygmy angel like yours. The tang police have already yelled at me, so I feel you! Although I have a baby yellow and baby kole in a 40. I didn't want to do it to the yellow, but I was saving him for a friend. Fish in his tank were beating the crap out of him. He's only and 1 1/2. When he gets bigger, I'll have to take him to the LFS, but right now he's healthy. ANYWHO, your fish are RAD!

Paul, I would think you would have to have a large tank to keep so many different tangs, and 2 angels :notsure:
