My 84 is being taken over by hair algae. My tanks is 6feet long and about 18" in depth. I currently have this in it...
1-firefish
2-common pygmy angles(mated pair)
1-brackish puffer(reef safe)
6-blue/green chromis
1-lawnmower blenny
1-leather coral
I am going to upgrade to 120gal tank when i save my money to afford building it in my wall. I was thinking of a yelloweye-kole-tang for and add a scopas at the same time when I add all of them to my 120 when i set it up is that good or what tang should i do I want a naso. Thanks any replys would be great.

A Naso gets WAY to big for a 120. Any of the Zebrasoma family would do better.
yellow, purple, blue, etc...

Don't rely on any fish to eat your hair al;gae. Many won't touch it. HA is caused by various factors; lights, high nutrient content, over feeding, tap water, under skimming, etc.. Treat the cause and not just the symptoms.

agreed but if you want a fish that eats the most algae it would have to be a bristletooth tang of some kind like the kole tang

for my 125 gallon im thinking about keeping a yellow tang, blue hippo tang, and a sailfin tang.. although i am expecting i am going to have to return the sailfin after it gets too big.. but idk... how many inches do u guys think that would be till its too big? ik there is 2 different kinds of them i kinda like the ones that are more darker which one stays smaller or doesnt grow as fast? or do they stay the same?
but ya in a 120 if its 6 feet long and has a decent depth then i think you could get a blue hippo and yellow or maybe a yellow eyed kole tang? im not sure about the scopas tang u mentioned..

Thanks for all the replys. I currenty have a 84gal-6feet long 18" in depth but i am upgrading to a 120gal 4feet long 18"depth 31" in height. I love the Yellowyeyed Kole tang and love Yellow tang. And i would like to have them together. I like blue hippo tangs to and would want one of those. If the tank is big enough that would be great. I have heard about the different tangs fighting so would it be good if i got one now-like the Kole- and get one or two later but put them in the 120 at the same time? O this tank used to be my dads and it house to 9" Barbs and later a Red belly Paco with was about a 1'+ so i think it would be good please reply thanks!=) =-) -_-
