While Geo could be correct, it's not always that simple.
It depends on what temperature you're keeping the tank at, what temperature you're mixing your salt at, what brand salt your using, etc.
Get a refractometer and measure.
Most salts will tell you how much salt is needed at a specific mixing temperature.
