Tank after fish death

Hi folks,
I live in Seattle and was without power for four days due to a snowstorm. We didn't have a generator and all of the fish in our 30 gallon Nano tank died. I am partially devastated as they were beautiful fish and frankly I feel bad.
Before my fish died I had an outbreak of red algae from high phosphates. I suspect I was feeding them too much.
I talked to my LFS and they suggested a water change 48 hours AFTER adding Chemiclean Aquarium Treatment. We dosed the tank twice waiting 48 hours between dosages and changes.
We removed the dead fish before treatment and vacuumed up a lot of debris (uneaten food or fish poop??) I rinsed off the live rock and changed quite a bit of the water initially. When we changed the water after the treatments we changed as directed 20% or six gallons.
We have crabs that seem to have survived as well as Zoanthids that appear to be doing well
I was curious: do we treat this like a new tank? How long before we can add fish? We had the tank setup for six months before the storm.
For giggles I tested the water:
Ammonia; 0
Nitrates and Nitrites 0
PH 8.0
I wil bring a sample of water to the LFS to test for other stuff.
Thoughts??

Sorry for your losses. Your tank has just went though a lot. I'd give it a week, make sure that everything stays stable and then you should be okay to start adding things back in slowly.

Over here on the kitsap peninsula,, we didnt lose power for as long,, but im sure some people fish didnt make the 24+ hours without heat...
Just like BTLD said.. give it a bit,, let your biological filtration gain some speed...
What LFS do you go to over there??? Im bummed that we are moving and im going to miss Eric from the Sharkreef over here,, hes just 5 minutes down the road from me, lol...
