250 gallon FW tank for sale in the Denver area. This tank is 11 1/2 feet long, all glass (600 lbs empty) and has an oak stand and canopy. It is currently a FW tank but would make a fantastic reef tank. There is a wet/dry filtration system on it currently that is included. Fish, live plants and gravel also included if the buyer wants them. This is a custom tank, there are only 2 like it in the state, mine being one of them. Hate to part with it but I must :(
Asking $3500 for it

Well the measurements are approximate, its also got a large wet/dry on it. When I got the tank I was told it was a 250 gal tank and I never questioned it, all I know is that its BIG, takes up an entire wall of my house lol.
I have one picture of it, I'll have to go resize it then I'll post that, if you'd like other views of it I'll do my best. Where it is in my house its difficult to get the entire tank into one shot, too long.

I am going to re-measure this tank and come up with the exact volume of it, I may just post a new thread since it appears that the size of it is incorrect, sorry for any inconvenience

Sure, let me get the camera charged up and I'll try and get a few shots of that for you.
I had my husband go thru and measure this tank exactly and we calculated the volume correctly. So I have some corrections.
This tank is 10 1/2 feet long, 18 deep and 18 high, therefore it is a 177 gallon tank. I am sorry for the confusion, I was told it was a 250 and as I said, never questioned it, the person I got it from must just not have known, or thats what he was told as well.
I'll post the inside canopy pics here shortly.

Thanks Matt :)
I wish I had known this was not a 250 gallon tank prior to advertising it, Im quite embarrassed as it appears I dont have a clue what this tank is. I may advertise it again at a later date but I think for the time being I'm going to drop the idea of selling it.
thanks for bringing it to my attention catawaba and I apologize for my misinformation, totally unintentional.

Not a problem. I know you'll find a good home for it. 180g is great, but I'm looking to go BIG as in 240g or more.
Thanks.
